Delivery & Returns

As we maintain an inventory of all products we sell on our website, you can rest assured that product will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. We aspire to get your product delivered at your doorstep within 4-6 days but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer.

As soon as you place your order, a confirmation mail will be sent to your inbox. Once the order is processed from our end and dispatched from our warehouse, we shall email you the details carrying your tracking number and the link to track your order. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can log into “My Account” section of the website to view your order details.

Our courier partners make sure they give you a call before delivering the product. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after three failed attempts at delivery followed by an email reminder from our team, the product shall be returned to our warehouse.

Currently, the products listed on our website are only delivered within India.

If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery payment mode. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is Rs 5,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method.

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout (Safe & Secure), you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro debit cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout (Safe & Secure), you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

We also accept payment from Paytm Wallet, UPI, and Netbanking.

Return Policy

We also accept payment from Paytm Wallet, UPI, and Netbanking. We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Vitawin.co.in – you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

If you have paid by card, then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will do the NEFT in the account of the registered customer.

What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at support@vitawin.co.in within 7 days of receipt of the product. You can self-ship the item using any courier service to the return address and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.

Is there a category specific policy for returns?
Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened bottle or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other, etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered in case of any queries, please write to our customer care on support@vitawin.co.in
